Sometimes life gets in the way of the things you like to do. I love writing this blog and connecting with other people, however trying to start a new business, write a new book and keep every other part of my life in tact, has been keeping me on my toes. Today I thought I would play catch up.
First, my middle son has left for college. That means a lot because he was a big help with his younger brother and he kept me engaged in the sports world, which I enjoy.
Second, I started a new book. Well, its in the first draft stage and once a week I make a point to open my notebook; yes I hand write my books first, and brain storm while staring at the page. Still no title yet.
Third, I started my craft business, well sort of. I enjoy making things by hand; wreaths, picture frames, candle holders, crosses, that kind of stuff. So after giving them away as gifts for years, I decided to perfect (try to at least) my craft making and sell them. I have sold out three times at the local farmers market and have a huge Christmas vendor event coming up. You can also check me out at http://www.etsy.com/bossladyblooms to see how that’s going.
Finally, just every day life. I still work in Special Education, which I love also. My youngest son is still involved in everything school related so I’m still his chauffer and biggest fan. My SO is still the love of my life and my dog Kodak still wont stay off the furniture.

Just to answer a few of your questions, I’m still a work in progress. Still trying to find the love of my life I know he’s out there somewhere Houston I think lol. For fun I like to hang out with friends, go swimming, & can’t forget fishing. Oh even tho she works my last nerve my first love miss Pamela Brenae Parson.
