Positively Happy

“Its hard to do good if you don’t feel good!”, this is a quote from a lecture by Les Brown.  And he is absolutely right.  Everybody wants to be successful and happy but have you ever tried to go to work with a headache, or a cold or you just plain didn’t feel good.  Where you able to give your 100% effort? Probably not…….TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF

What about what you tell yourself.  I’ve said once before that; You are what you say you are;  in other words “so a man thinket, so is he”.  Be careful of what you tell yourself…tell yourself happy thoughts, positive thoughts. Make a commitment to love you and use kind words with yourself.  How many of us replay the last argument or negative conversation  in our heads.  We think of snappy comebacks that we wish we would have said. Basically, we get upset again about something that’s over.  Instead of reliving that bad situation over and over again;  Let it go!! Move on! Live in the happiness of your now.

Take care of your health! Be cautious of what you tell yourself.

  1. At present, I am devastated with the death of my dearest dog. I feel that all people and situations conspired against me. I am not healed as of the moment. But, I guess in due time, I will feel positive and happy thinking about the situation. I will follow what you wrote here – entertain happy thoughts, so you will be happy.

  2. Be careful what you say about yourself because you’re listening. This is very very insightful and very powerful, wow…Thank you so much…
