I don’t do the new year’s resolution thing, I’m more of a goal minded person. So as you read my goals for the year 2020, consider setting clear, obtainable goals for yourself. Make sure to include loving and taking care of yourself.
A few if my 2020 goals…
1. Pray more
2. Read more
3. Drink more water
4. Do more things I enjoy
5. Continue working towards my BCBA

I love these resolutions. They seem very realistic and practical. Sometimes I’ve been guilty of choosing resolutions that end up stressing me out and hurting me instead of helping.

A big one for me was doing more of the things I enjoy as well! I hate feeling like all I do is go to work and sleep.
