How did you spend your Monday evening? No, no, not your weekend, but your Monday evening…💜

I am so happy I got to spend my Monday evening at a watercolor class🎨! Yes painting….lol …you may remember a few post ago I told you how horrible I am at painting…but I love it. I had so much fun sipping tea, laughing with my table mates and bring a horrible watercolor-er.

A lot of us, think of taking care of ourselves as spending a whole weekend pampering and self soothing ourselves;  it’s absolutely fantastic to be able to do that, but there’s seven days in a week…you don’t have to wait for a certain day or occasion to treat yourself good.

Bloom every single day. Enjoy every single day..love yourself every day..

….and maybe one Monday evening you can grab a cup of tea, a paint brush and some friends and  enjoy being horrible at watercolor with me!💜
