Support for macOS Ventura (macOS 13)

The driver that lists macOS 13 as the supported OS on the download page can be used with macOS 13 without any problem, even if it is labeled as "for macOS 12" or "for macOS 11/12".
Some descriptions in the included Readme.htm file may differ from actual OS descriptions and procedures. Be sure to check this page for the latest information.
Installation procedure
- Once the driver has been installed and the product is connected to a computer with a USB cable, a screen may appear prompting you to allow the connection of the USB device.
When prompted, click [Allow].
Settings for audio input and output on macOS
The procedure on macOS 13 is as follows:
- Connect the unit and the computer using a USB cable, and turn on the power to the unit.
- In "System Settings", click "Sound."
- In "Play sound effects through" and "Input & Output", select the device that you are using.
Troubleshooting
Cannot install/uninstall the driver
Security settings may have an effect. Use the following procedure to check the Security settings in macOS.
- In "System Settings", click "Privacy & Security."
- In Security settings, change the setting for "Allow apps downloaded from" to "App Store and identified developers."
- A dialog box will appear prompting you to confirm the changes. Enter the password and click [Unlock].
* When you finish installing or uninstalling the driver, change the setting back to the original setting using the same procedure.
No sound is heard; cannot playback or record
Privacy settings may have an effect. Use the following procedure to check the Privacy settings in macOS.
- In "System Settings", click "Privacy & Security."
- In the list of Privacy settings, select "Microphone."
- Turn on the switches next to each application for which access to the audio input is to be allowed.
